The OPEX Program is a comprehensive program for individual departments, processes as well as entire companies. The main objective of the program is to increase efficiency and productivity. The scope of the program to achieve the objective is, however, much broader. We start by identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and dealing with them in appropriate ways. In addition, a system of program and process management is set which supports continuous improvement, motivates employees, and allows procedural problems to be revealed in their early stages. Knowledge is transferred and competences of key employees further developed via training and coaching to ensure long-term sustainability of the changes.

It is a combination of process improvement (using e.g. the Lean, Six Sigma methodologies or Kaizen workshops) and change management.
